Oral Irrigators that just attach to your faucet or shower. Because dental health is essential and I've always thought it was silly to buy some appliance with an electric pump that you have to fill when water flows from your tap. And because these are unlikely to break in a couple years or less and become land fill.
I have had this one for years and use it daily.
But I see there are many more, now:
